Standard PLA or PETG print for a single prototype part, up to 15x15x15cm. Suited to form-checks and fit tests before committing to a production material or finish.
High-resolution resin printing for miniatures, jewellery masters and parts with fine text or engraving. Layer heights down to 25 microns depending on geometry.
Manual sanding through several grits followed by primer coating, removing visible layer lines. Prepares the surface for painting or a smooth display finish.
Hand-painted finish matched to a reference colour or Pantone code, applied in thin coats with a sealant top layer. Suits figurines, signage letters and models.
CAD modelling from a sketch, photo or measurements you provide. Delivered as an STL file ready to print, with one round of revisions included in the price.
Fixing non-manifold edges, holes and scale errors in an existing STL or OBJ file so it prints cleanly. Common with files downloaded from online model libraries.
Structured-light scan of an object up to 20cm across, producing a mesh file for editing or reprinting. Good for replacing broken parts with no original drawing.
Per-unit pricing for repeat runs of the same part, from 10 units upward, using pre-set print profiles. Priced per item once the first sample has been approved.
Printed in nylon or reinforced filament for gears, brackets and load-bearing fittings. Includes a strength check on the print orientation before the final run starts.
Small custom nameplate or desk tag printed in your choice of colour with raised or engraved text. A common order for shop counters and office desks around Bristol.
Small replacement part such as a clip, knob or bracket, printed from a supplied sample or measurement. The cheapest option on our list for a single simple item.
Photo converted into a lithophane panel that reveals the image when backlit. Printed in translucent white filament and mounted in a simple frame on request.
Moves your job to the front of the queue for same-day or next-day collection where the print time allows it. Added on top of the base price of any listed service.
No. If you already have an STL file we can quote from it directly. If not, our design service (£80) covers modelling from a sketch, a photo, or measurements you send over.
PLA and PETG for most prototypes and display items, resin for fine detail work, and nylon or reinforced filament for parts that need to carry load or flex without cracking.
Yes, through our custom painting service (£60). Bring a sample or a Pantone reference and we will match it as closely as the paint range allows, sealed with a protective coat.
We reply to enquiries within 24 hours, usually with a fixed price based on the list above. Rush jobs can be added on for £50 where the print schedule has room that week.
Our 3D scanning service (£15) captures the shape of small objects up to 20cm, which we then clean up and reprint as a spare part, often starting from £8 for simple items.
Batch runs of 10 units or more are priced per item, starting at £30 each once we have approved a first sample with you. Larger volumes are quoted case by case.
