These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the purchase of custom 3D printing services offered on it. By placing an order or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
This website is operated by Bexuti ("we", "us", "our"), a business providing custom 3D printing services.
If you have any questions about these Terms, an existing order, or wish to exercise any of the rights described below, please contact us using the details above.
Orders for custom 3D printed items may be placed through the website by selecting the desired specifications, uploading or requesting a design, and submitting payment details. Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the item on these Terms.
No contract exists between you and Bexuti until we send you an order confirmation by email or through the website's confirmation page. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example where a design is technically unfeasible, infringes third-party rights, or where materials are unavailable. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
Because each item is custom made to your specifications, please check all dimensions, colours, materials and design files carefully before confirming your order.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include or exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) as stated at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct at the time of publication, but errors may occasionally occur; if a pricing error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you before proceeding.
Prices cover the design finalisation (where applicable), printing, standard finishing, and packaging of the item as described on the product or quote page. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include expedited production, bespoke packaging, or delivery outside the United Kingdom.
Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the website. Full payment is required before production begins, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a contract made online. However, because items sold by Bexuti are made to your personal specifications or are clearly personalised, this right to cancel does not apply once production has started, in accordance with the exemptions set out in those Regulations.
You may cancel free of charge only if production has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel; we will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time of receipt, with photographs where possible, and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please email [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to resolve them fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with an order, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of items purchased through this website.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as material shortages or transport disruption.
This website uses a single cookie, cookie_opt, which stores your cookie consent choice for a period of one year. No analytics, tracking, or session cookies are set by this website. Advertising measurement tools, where used, are activated only after you give consent and operate solely on the order confirmation page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you may be entitled to use the Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact your local Trading Standards service or the supervisory authority for data protection matters, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), for data-related concerns.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
